National Level “SETSIPC 2021”
In the memory of late Shri Eknathji Thakur, Department of Computer Science, Information Technology and Language laboratory & Personality Development Center organized “Shri Eknath Thakur Student Innovation Presentation Competition (SETSIPC 2021) on 15th February 2021. Inaugural ceremony commenced with the worship of the image of late Shri. Eknathji Thakur by a group of dignified persons Shri. Rajendra Kesarkar, CDC member of our College, Principal Dr. S. D. Disale, HOD of Economics Dr. A. N. Lokhande, HOD of Marathi Dr. Sharayu Asolkar, NGS Co-ordinator Mr. P. S. Keravadekar, HOD of IT Mr. D. A. Patil and Mrs. Shreya Desai.
In the beginning of the program, Principal Dr. S. D. Disale Sir said in his speech that we organized this program by using online mode due to pandemic situation. Also He motivated and welcomed the participants came from different colleges. SETSIPC Co-ordinator Mr. P. N. Talankar sir gave information about SETSIPC Event as well as brief introduction about late Shri. Eknathji Thakur.
These events were organized every year with the objectives to provide best platform for the students to showcase their talent with competitive spirit. The special feature of this event is that students organize the entire event starting from preparing invitations and sending them to respective persons till distribution of prizes. Students from various colleges participate in this event. This year event was organised in online mode.
Various National Level Competitions was organized by S.Y. B.Sc. IT students. More than 50 students were participated in this event. This event was judged by Dr. Anant Lokhade, Mr. P. N. Talankar, Dr. B. A. Tupere, Mr. K. M. Chavan, and Miss. S. D. Angachekar.

Winners of different competitions have been awarded with Trophies and Certificates. These events and competitions were successful with the great combination of SETSIPC Co-ordinator and HOD of Computer Science Asst. Prof. P. N. Talankar, Asst. Prof. D. A. Patil (HOD of Information Technology), Asst. Prof. Shreya Desai and all faculty members of Computer Science and IT.
We would like to give thanks to Mr. Ashirvad Sadvelkar, Mr. Mahesh Ghadi Mr. Akshay Parab, Mr. Vishnu Agalave and Mr. G. S. Chavan for their cooperation and contributed for making ‘SETSIPC 2021’ a great success.
Paper presentation Guidelines
1. Language: English, Type: MS Word Document.
2. Title: Up to five to seven words (preferably)
3. Font: Times New Roman, Size 12, Line spacing 1.5. Margin from all sides 1"
4. Abstract text length: 300 words.
5. Full paper length: 2000 words.
6. Full paper to be mailed in electronic format in MS Word 2003/2007/2010 to setispc@srmcollege.in
7. Based on the Abstract review, acceptance of the paper shall be conveyed to the author in advance.
8. Authors should use simple MS word and IEEE guidelines with the single-column format.
9. Author should declare that paper is his/her own original research contribution and not submitted elsewhere for publication.
10. Authors have to abide by UGC prevention of plagiarism norms with a maximum acceptable level of similarity of 10%.
11. The author and co-author have to register
12. Paper presentation will be through online mode.
Competition Rule
1. During Competition Network issue is not a college concern
2. College is not concern regarding network issues during the competition.
