SRM College marked a significant milestone with the inauguration of its new SAP Tanning Program, aimed at equipping students with essential skills in SAP technologies. The event, held at the college’s main auditorium, saw participation from distinguished guests, faculty, and students.
The inauguration ceremony was graced by the presence of Mr. Dilendra Shirdhankar, a renowned expert in ERP systems, who delivered the keynote address. Mr. Shirdhankar emphasized the growing importance of SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing) in the global job market and how proficiency in such technologies can open doors to numerous career opportunities.
College Principal, Dr. A. N. Lokhande, highlighted the college’s commitment to staying at the forefront of technological education. “In today’s competitive environment, it’s imperative for our students to have hands-on experience with industry-standard software like SAP. This program will not only enhance their technical skills but also improve their employability,” he said.
The SAP Tanning Program is designed to provide comprehensive training on various SAP modules including SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Fiori. The curriculum has been developed in collaboration with industry experts to ensure it meets the current demands of the job market. Students will have access to state-of-the-art computer labs equipped with the latest SAP software.
